By accessing or using Jasra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Jasra is a conference management platform for academic events. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Submissions and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting papers through Jasra, you grant the conference organisers a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your submission for peer-review and publication purposes in accordance with the conference's policies.

4. Reviewer Obligations

Reviewers agree to treat all assigned submissions as confidential, to disclose conflicts of interest, and to provide honest, constructive, and timely reviews.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Jasra to submit plagiarised work, engage in double-blind review violations, harass other users, attempt to compromise platform security, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jasra and Davak Consult are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
